Admissions: How to Apply

Applications available now for Fall 2019 for students entering 6th grade.

We’re looking for families and students from diverse backgrounds who want to be challenged, who strive for academic success, who don't see mistakes and struggle as failure, who are open to mentors and friendships across differences, and who know the importance of character formation and compassion.

Do you want to be part of this motivated group of students that’s ready to learn? Here’s what to expect when you apply.

Application Process

  1. School Tour. Come visit! Meet the staff, hear about our program and academics, and get your questions answered. We'd love to meet you and help in your process of discerning the right school.

  2. Application Form. Here’s what’s involved:

    • Parent/guardian section. Your input and desires are very important to us.

    • Student section. Help us get to know you as genuinely as you can.

    • Recommendation. Please ask a non-guardian adult such as a teacher to write a recommendation. They may send it in separately for confidentiality.

  3. Family Interview. This gives us a fuller opportunity to meet you--to hear from both the adult(s) of the household as well as the student.

  4. Decision Time. We will notify applicants of our first round acceptance decisions in March. Student commitments and an initial deposit of $200 are due April 19.

  5. First Class Meeting. At the end of May, we’ll gather all accepted students, families, and faculty to celebrate the end of the year and to look forward together!

  6. Tuition Payment Plan. We thank God that we are able to offer a private school education at $2,100-- a cost accessible to many. Our financial advisor will be in touch to work out a payment plan that works for your family, and possible scholarship options.
