Admissions: How to Apply

Applications available now for Fall 2018 for students entering 6th grade.

Do you want to be part of this motivated group of students that’s ready to learn? Here’s what to expect when you apply.

Application Process

  1. School Tour. Come visit! Meet the Head of School and other staff, hear about our program and academics, and get your questions answered. We'd love to meet you and help in your process of discerning the right school.

  2. Application Form. Deadline is March 30th. Here’s what’s involved:

    • Parent/guardian section. Your input and desires are very important to us.

    • Student section. Help us get to know you as genuinely as you can.

    • Recommendation. Please ask a non-guardian adult who knows the student well to write a recommendation. They may send it in separately for confidentiality.

  3. Family Interview. This gives us a fuller opportunity to meet you--to hear from both the adult(s) of the household as well as the student.

  4. Decision Time. We will notify all applicants of our acceptance decisions by the middle of April. Student commitments and an initial deposit of $200 are due April 20.

  5. First Class Meeting. At the end of May, we’ll gather all accepted students, families, and faculty to celebrate the end of the year and to look forward together!

  6. Tuition Payment Plan. We thank God that we are able to offer a private school education at $2,000-- a cost accessible to many. Our financial advisor will be in touch to work out a payment plan that works for your family, and possible scholarship options.
